"The arcadia alapuzha offered a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. However, the AC in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations."

I have booked this hotel for my friend, the had a good stay,good hospitality and breakfast was nice

The food served for breakfast was below par quality. Also, the linens had dirt in it. They didn't even provide enough drinking water too. Felt that the managers in the cafeteria were rude, they were insulting other guests loudly in their absence. I won't book another room here if i am traveling to alleppey.

Good location, nearby beach. Clean and well maintained. But the room service was poor. Need to focus more on guest service.

The rooms were spacious which is a deluxe one. Not maintained well. Beds are comfy cleanliness is below par for its standards. Felt like they were providing worst rooms for online booking travelers. Breakfast spread was okay.
